When you think of a Brooklyn wedding, what comes to mind? Industrial charm? City skyline views? A couple that looks effortlessly cool but somehow still totally in love? This modern Brooklyn wedding had all that and more—a stylish, contemporary celebration filled with personal touches, creative floral designs, and an undeniable energy that only NYC can provide.

The Brooklyn Vibe: Effortless Cool Meets Timeless Romance

Brooklyn is the kind of place where history and modernity collide in the best way possible. From its iconic bridges to its trendy warehouses, it’s no wonder couples are drawn to this borough for their big day. For this wedding, the couple wanted to embrace the urban aesthetic while bringing in warmth, personality, and a whole lot of flowers (which, obviously, is where we come in!).

The Ceremony: A Minimalist Yet Romantic Setting

The couple chose a chic Brooklyn venue with floor-to-ceiling windows that let in the perfect golden-hour light. To complement the modern space, we created an airy yet impactful floral installation that framed the ceremony backdrop. No over-the-top floral arches here—just sleek, organic arrangements designed to feel effortless and natural.

Key floral elements included:

  • Asymmetrical floral pillars featuring seasonal blooms for a fresh and contemporary feel

  • Soft, neutral tones with pops of color to mirror the urban surroundings while adding warmth

  • Lush greenery for texture and depth, keeping things grounded and organic

As the couple exchanged vows, the sun began to set behind the city skyline—a picture-perfect Brooklyn moment.

The Reception: Industrial Elegance with a Floral Twist

Brooklyn’s wedding venues often feature exposed brick, wooden beams, and industrial-chic details. This reception space was no different, offering the perfect balance of raw beauty and refined elegance. To bring the space to life, we designed:

  • Bud vases and floral runners that lined the long communal tables, adding softness and movement

  • Seasonal blooms in rich hues to contrast the venue’s industrial tones

  • Candlelight galore to create an inviting, intimate atmosphere

The result? A reception that felt modern yet romantic, stylish yet warm—just like the couple themselves.
